Sadly, human trafficking is still an important issue to address. To Meld Misdaad Anoniem (Crime Stoppers in The Netherlands) it is just one of their many focus points, but one that strikes at their core.
Through their years of educating both the public as well as social workers, they have picked up a valuable amount of knowledge. TMRW produced a campaign strategy revolving around the tell-tale-signs of forced prostitution.
In collaboration with the Ministry of Justice, TMRW created a short animated film to create awareness around the signs of human trafficking and to educate social workers on how to spot them.
Healthcare workers as well as clients of sex workers were targetted via a national Facebook campaign using boosted posts, optimising the content for the two different target markets. A different part of the campaign targeted Johns through internet forums using traditional animated banners to push traffic to the campaign site showing an animation titled 'Do you know the signs?'.
